          Vachen is a Korean cookware brand focused on combining functional cookware           with modern, table-ready design. Our Cookable Ware collection is designed           to make cooking, serving, and dining simpler and more beautiful.

          Vachen products available through Vachen USA can be purchased directly           through vachenusa.com. Selected products may also be available through           authorized marketplaces or retailers.        

          Vachen Cookable Ware combines cookware functionality with table-ready           design. Selected products can be used for cooking and then presented           directly at the table, reducing the need to transfer food to separate           serving dishes.        

          Selected Vachen cookware features a ceramic nonstick coating. Please check           the individual product description for the coating and specifications of           your specific model.        

          Yes. One of the key features of Vachen Cookable Ware is its cook-and-serve           design. After cooking, the cookware can be used as attractive serving ware           when handled according to the product instructions.        

          Important: The cookware may remain hot after cooking.           Always use appropriate heat protection and follow the care and safety           instructions supplied with your product.        

          Selected Vachen cookware models are designed for use with a removable           handle. Always make sure the handle is securely attached before lifting           or moving cookware.        

          Vachen offers different shapes, sizes, colors, and configurations designed           for different cooking and serving needs. Please refer to the individual           product pages for dimensions, capacity, shape, color, and compatibility           information.        

Allow cookware to cool before cleaning. For best results, we recommend:

         
• Using a soft sponge or cloth
         
• Using mild dish detergent
         
• Avoiding steel wool and abrasive cleaning pads
         
• Avoiding harsh or abrasive cleaners
         
• Thoroughly drying cookware after cleaning
       

          To help preserve the cookware surface and coating, we recommend using           silicone, wooden, or other non-abrasive cooking utensils.        

          For most cooking, low to medium heat is recommended. Excessive heat may           reduce the life of nonstick cookware and may cause discoloration or damage.        

          Please refer to the care instructions for your specific model. Even when           dishwasher compatible, hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent           may help preserve the appearance and coating for longer.        

          We recommend using an appropriate trivet or heat-resistant surface           underneath hot cookware. Do not place hot cookware directly on surfaces           that may be damaged by heat.        

          Orders are generally processed during regular business days. Processing           and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination,           holidays, and carrier conditions.        

          Once your order ships, tracking information will generally be sent to the           email address provided with your order.        

          If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as           possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled           once it has entered processing or has shipped.        

          Products purchased directly from vachenusa.com are eligible for return           requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund           Policy.        

          If your product has a confirmed manufacturing defect and you contact us           within 30 days of delivery, Vachen USA will provide an applicable full           refund or replacement and cover the return shipping cost.        

          Change-of-mind returns may be accepted according to our Return & Refund           Policy. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.        

          Returned products may be inspected. If no product defect is found, the           return may be treated as a change-of-mind return and the customer will be           responsible for the return shipping cost.        

          Vachen USA provides a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects           for eligible products purchased directly through vachenusa.com.        

          The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental           damage, improper cleaning or maintenance, or damage caused by failure to           follow product instructions.        

          Generally, no. Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or another           retailer should be returned through the original retailer and are subject           to that retailer's applicable return policy.
